Owner and Host
I have been a long-term Ohio State basketball fan – my parents were season ticket holders when St John Arena first opened in 1956 – and I was introduced to Ohio State basketball at an early age. When I was just 7 years old, I attended my first ever Ohio State game. That game was a 96 to 95 victory over Indiana by the 1959-1960 Buckeye team that featured starters Jerry Lucas, John Havlicek, Joe Roberts, Mel Nowell and Larry Siegfried. That team, of course, would go on to win the first and only NCAA Championship for the Buckeyes.
Since then I have been hooked.
Professionally I work with new and established business ventures to increase profitability by determining the key drivers of their business. Using my business valuation skills, I can identify the most profitable aspects, products and/or services that are driving your success. These are the drivers of your business value. The next step is to identify the limiting factor, the “x-factor”, that is the bottleneck of your operation. Once these issues are identified, the goal is to communicate them throughout the organization and develop plans and procedures to get the entire team pulling together to implement the solutions.
